Dai.sy for HubSpot
What the integration does, what to have ready, and the five steps from pressing Install to calling your own number. About five minutes.
Daisy answers your inbound phone calls and writes each one into your HubSpot portal as it ends — no exporting, no copy-typing, nothing to log afterwards.
| In HubSpot | When |
|---|---|
| Contact | Looked up by phone number first. A returning caller is greeted by name and their existing record is used; a contact is created only when there is genuinely no match. |
| Deal | On the contact, stamped with a source of “Phone Call” so calls are one filter away from the rest of your pipeline. |
| Call | Every call, with the full transcript and a link to the recording, on the contact's timeline. |
| Note | A one-sentence summary of what the caller wanted. |
| Meeting | When the caller booked an appointment. Removed again if they reschedule, so HubSpot and the calendar never disagree. |
Press Install on the marketplace listing and approve the permissions. That is what lets Daisy write contacts, deals and call records into your portal. Nothing to pay and no card is asked for.
Already have a Daisy account? Sign in first and connect HubSpot from Settings instead — same result, one less step.
Give her your website and she drafts your hours, services, pricing and what you do not offer. Read it, fix what is wrong, add what is missing. This is the part worth five real minutes: it is everything she is allowed to say on a call.
Anything you do not tell her, she does not invent. She says she does not know and offers a callback.
Add the numbers a call should be transferred to and the order they ring in. If nobody picks up, Daisy tells the caller the team will ring them back and records it, so the handover never ends in a line that just rings.
Sign in with Google or Microsoft and pick the calendar to book into. From then on Daisy offers only times that are genuinely free, books the one the caller picks, and sends the invitation while they are still on the line.
Skip it if you do not take appointments. Everything else works the same.
Daisy is given a phone number and goes live. Call it yourself before you tell anyone else about it — you will hear exactly what a customer hears, and the call will appear in HubSpot the moment you hang up.
Calls, appointments booked, average length and transfers, with each call searchable by what was actually said.
Edit what she knows, then press Publish to the phone line. The next caller hears the new version; nothing has to be rebuilt. Until you publish, callers hear the previous one.
